Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across major districts in Cairo (and other areas soon). You can check delivery availability by entering your address during checkout.

Delivery Time

Because all our meals are freshly cooked by home chefs, preparation and delivery times may vary.

• Average delivery time: 90-120 minutes after order confirmation.

• For pre-orders or large catering requests, we recommend placing your order at least 72 hours in advance.

Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and distance from the chef. The fee will appear clearly at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive updates through our app or WhatsApp — so you can track your meal until it reaches your door.

If there’s any unexpected delay (traffic, weather, or high demand), our support team will notify you immediately. We’re committed to keeping you informed and making sure your food arrives fresh and on time.
