Yes! You can choose immediate delivery or schedule the delivery for a time that works for you.

Delivery time depends on location. It can take between 15 and 60 minutes. 

You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. 

For scheduled ordered, cancellation has to be 12 hours before the delivery time.

We carefully verify and support each chef to ensure quality, hygiene, and reliability.


3. Is the food fresh?

Yes! Every order is cooked fresh after you place it — no pre-made or stored food.
That’s why delivery times may vary slightly, but freshness is guaranteed.


4. How do I order?

You can order easily through our website or mobile app:
1️⃣ Choose your city and browse chefs or dishes.
2️⃣ Add items to your cart.
3️⃣ Confirm your address and payment method.
4️⃣ Relax — we’ll handle the cooking and delivery!


5. How long does delivery take?

Average delivery time is 60–90 minutes, depending on the chef’s preparation time and your location.
You’ll get live updates and can track your order through our website or WhatsApp.


6. What are the delivery fees?

Delivery charges depend on your distance from the chef. The exact amount appears at checkout before payment.


7. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 10 minutes of placing them, before the chef starts cooking.
Once preparation begins, cancellations or refunds are no longer possible because everything is made fresh to order.


8. What if my order is wrong or incomplete?

If something’s missing or incorrect, contact us within 30 minutes of delivery.
We’ll review the issue and may offer a replacement meal or refund, depending on the situation.


9. Who is responsible if I get sick or have a food issue?

Each chef is fully responsible for the food they prepare.
If a food-related issue occurs, customers have the legal right to take action directly against the chef.
Our platform is only a marketing and delivery service and does not prepare any food.


10. How are payments handled?

You can pay securely online or with cash on delivery (depending on your area).
All online transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.


11. Can I become a home chef on your platform?

Yes! We’re always looking for talented home cooks to join our community.
Fill out the “Become a Chef” form on our website, and our team will contact you for verification and onboarding.
